As all of you know 1 year ago today my sister, Shannon, went into cardiac arrest. Our family is so blessed to still have her here today, 1 year later. My life is forever changed by this and I can honestly tell you that my whole outlook on life has shifted. My sister, Kim, is hosting a CPR class tonight to celebrate the day and I urge you all to take a class yourself, you never know.......
We love you Shannon, your strength is truly inspiring.
